Absolutely horrible customer interaction here. My son’s apt complex hired this company to move students from one building to another a few months back. The guys were friendly and hard working. Today we showed up to be loved again and the guys on truck 6 were definitely not the same caliber of employee. The guy driving the truck very rudely told us “they don’t move small stuff” when I went to talk to the complex manager about his attitude he followed me into the other room and started to verbally accost me. This guy is going to win someone a lawsuit against this company before long

I would recommend New Latitude, the guys that did the move were professional, treated our belongs and home with respect. They were on time, took care in handing our furniture and boxes and made sure to protect the home from damage. Even when we had a disagreement on price Wesley worked with me to resolve in a very fair manner for both of us. I would definitely use again, as well as recommend to family and friends.

Our team was amazing. They were kind, considerate and incredibly diligent. The best part was that they kept their sense of humor even at 5pm on the second day of the move! Great teamwork as well.
