Company underestimated amount of furniture in my house, resulting in a second truck. My belongings in the 2nd truck were dumped in a dingy military warehouse (not temperature controlled) without my knowledge or consent. Company couldn’t find a driver to cross state lines between load date 7/22/23 to 8/11/23 (date picked up from storage). Second delivery was 8/14/23 (guaranteed delivery date was 7/31/23. Many broken, damaged and missing items from 2nd truck. Claim process is a joke, compensation was extremely minimal compared to the loss. They make it difficult at every turn to be compensated.…

Cindy and Samantha did a wonderful job of getting things lined up for the shipment of household goods and one of my vehicles. They stayed in touch with me to ensure that I was aware of what was taking place at what particular time in the transportation process. They were both deeply committed to making sure that everything went smoothly in this move. And of course, John Coleman kept an eye on everything as well!! I highly recommend Coleman Worldwide Moving to anyone that wants a moving company that does excellent work and provide services from before the move begins until after everything…

We are military family and have made numerous moves. This move was absolutely fantastic. We didn’t have anything lost or damage. The people kept us informed about everything. Hands down the best move we have ever done.

Driver and the loading crew in Alabama were good. Packers were good, people I spoke with on the phone were good. Move cost less that the quote which was good. Unloading crew in NY was a little shakey. I was not told that I needed to supply moving pads for my goods that were placed in storage until they were unloading the truck so it was too late. Most of my furniture went into storage unprotected. There are things that you need to know before you move and I’ve moved several times and didn’t remember some of them. Wish I was told about the moving pad issue ahead of time and that I took a pictur…

Probably the best moving experience ever! The driver was amazing and communicated every step of the way. He was always on time, if not early and very personable and professional. The movers in both FL and TN we fast and efficient, they were very professional and easy to work with. All around a fantastic experience. I’m so glad I chose Allied!
