  Had great experience with them our upsck was picked up from Colorado Springs on time, and with less than a week it was in Dothan. The driver, who dropped off our upack was very nice and friendly. We called the next day after unloading and it was picked up the next morning. All our items arrived without any issues. Only thing i was they had lift gate to make safe or heavy item loading easy or wide ramp, but otherwise great experience

  Truck was delivered on time and the customer service has been stellar. Avoid the brokers and use Upack, save yourself a ton of money and hassle. The decreased cost for extra space is amazing, even if you estimate wrong it hardly a cost to add space. I will recommend to everyone I come across, super impressed!!!

  We had our trailer picked up 7/21 and an estimated delivery date of 8/3 - 8/5. After calling repeatedly over the last week they finally got our shipment to the local station this morning. We called and they can’t deliver until next Tuesday!!! That is 2 weeks after the estimated time! We are losing money fast having to buy things we need that should have been delivered last week! We just moved 2800 miles and you have made this a nightmare. Don’t use U-Pack under ANY circumstances!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. We moved across country and went with this company because they guaranteed our stuff would be at our house before Christmas. We moved from WA to Enterprise this last week, our trailer was packed and on the road by the morning of the 8th, we were told it would be delivered on the 21st, just checked the location and called and confirmed our trailer is in Dothan, but they can’t deliver it till the 28th. We will now not only spend our daughters first Christmas sleeping on the floor, but she will not have any of her presents or Christmas decorations. We unde…

  Upack is an amazing company. I had to move 900 miles for a job. The movers I scheduled in February (a different company) to pick my things up at the end of June didn't show, and made it evident that they had no plans to pick up my things. I moved everything into a storage unit and left, because I had to get to my destination by a specific time. I ended up calling Upack and they got a Upack pod to me two weeks later. They set me up with local movers who were able to load the pod for me (since I couldn't be there). I had to have the POD dropped off, packed, and picked up right away because it wa…
