  My Muscled Up Movers team were very professional, prompt, and respectful. They took great care with my furniture and my boxes. They valued my time and were very efficient. I would highly recommend Muscled Up Movers for anyone looking for someone to handle their moving needs. This was my first experience using Muscled Up Movers, and I was very pleased with the service they provided. I would definitely use them to move again.

  I wish there was a way to separate my experience w/ the actual movers from my experience w/ the administrative part of Muscled Up Movers. I’ll say this, the guys who came to do the move were amazing! They did such great job at moving all the items I needed moved to my new location.   Travis and Darius from Muscled Up Movers were absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, they communicated clearly, arrived right on time, and worked with impressive efficiency and care. They handled everything professionally and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service.   I recently moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment in Huntsville. I researched a few moving companies and thought this one had good reviews and seemed reliable. Darius Robinson, Monterro Harris, JeJuan Collins were the best crew. I was lucky to have them help because they took really good care of my things, yet did so in a timely manner.   Very unprofessional in my opinion. Unorganized. Movers spent over 15-20 minutes “explaining paperwork” that I had already reviewed and signed online prior to the appointment time. We called ahead and offered to reschedule due to rain, they declined but then took a half hour longer than expected to load and unload the 2 pieces of furniture. At one point they asked if they should just “leave it on the curb”. Will not be using them again. The furniture did arrive safely aside from some scratched off finish on the bottom of one piece, that is the only reason I did not give one star.
