  After losing my son last year, I needed a fresh start and decided to move. I reached out to this company, and they were able to move me the same day. The team was incredibly fast, worked nonstop, and handled all my furniture with care—there was no damage at all. A few weeks later, I needed help moving my son’s belongings into storage. Once again, they came through for me. They were efficient, professional, and made the process so much easier during such a difficult time. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their service was truly a blessing. I highly recommend them!

  When I used PackMasters the first time they were awesome (it was the two younger guys). The second time I used them was a total headache. The day of my original move, no one showed up and my calls (several) went unanswered. They finally called me back and apologized saying my appointment was accidentally cancelled by the lady that scheduled it. So, it got rescheduled and on the day of that appointment they were over a hour late. One good thing I can say is that they do move pretty fast when moving your things. After I got all my things moved into my apartment, I noticed a few items missing and…

  Just finished a move to AL. Packmasters Moving and Storage was great to work with. Communication was great from setting up the day, getting a quote, and the crew showing up on time. Would highly recommend this company and their hardworking crew. Not one thing was broke, no walls or floors scratched. Very polite and kind gentlemen.

  Miss Christy and her team were great. They helped us get my mom out of a bad situation and helped pack and load nearly an entire household in less than 5 hours. They went above and beyond and were absolutely great. Thank you Packmasters!
