  Great experience. The quote process was simple, customer service was excellent. The drivers are very careful as to not jostle your furnishings around during pick up and delivery. This is evident by the attached photo. Our neighbors chicken got in the unit apparently during us packing and laid several eggs. When we opened the unit after it was delivered to our new home there we found perfect chicken eggs unblemished!

  We moved from Oklahoma to Alabama. Our experiences with Units in both places was exceptional. The whole process was seamless, with our 2 pods being stored in Huntsville for a few months until we bought our home. Delivery of our 2 pods in AL was just as good as pickup in OK. Communication throughout the experience was reassuring when you see all your belongings handed over & driving off. Nothing was broken or damaged. Would definitely recommend Units!

  The team at Units of Huntsville were a pleasure to work with and they seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer. I had to rent two of their storage containers because one wasn’t big enough, but that was to be expected. They showed up when they said they would, sent a text message when they were on their way, and both of the drivers were super nice and friendly! I would and have highly recommended them to anyone that is planning on moving!

  I got the unit for Local storage. Audrey was great in helping with the initial set up! And Mario was awesome with the delivery. I initially tried a bigger name company....and the experience was not pleasant! I'm grateful I found UNITS! They made the process smooth & easy.
