  Handy Guys, recently moved my items on 4/26/26 From Mobile to Houston, they tore holes all in my brand new furniture, took all of my furniture apart, and didn’t leave the hardware behind. Took my brand new bike apart and didn’t leave the hardware for that scratched up my brand, new bike and my husband‘s bike left items behind and said they would pick them up the next day and ship them to me in a couple weeks.   ***BEWARE***Not insured **BEWARE***make sure they are insured and you have that information. Call to verify. Check DOT. Had to go through my bank to get a refund from Mason. Did some digging and found out Mason lied. He does not have insurance to cover damaged property/items caused during the move. ***EDIT: The response from the owner is a lie. I even requested an update week after week with no response. We have spoken via text messages numerous times.   Ron & Kevin were fast, efficient and took care of everything they moved. Professional through and through! Even packed the storage unit like pros! This will be the only moving company I ever use! My last experience local movers was not good from start to finish. Nothing wrong with hiring young kids but they should be taught how to do the job properly.

  I did not want to leave a bad review and tried to resolve the issue with the company directly but no one cared to even respond to my concerns. My items were placed in the storage without any care. All of my totes of clothes were placed to the back of the storage and furniture towards the front. When I opened my storage the mattress literally knocked me down. I had to pay someone else to come and rearrange my storage about paying 860 for the movers. I requested for a portion of my money back due to me having to pay out additional funds to fix the issue but still haven’t received a response. Onc…

  I would not recommend these guys. I had reservations based off of a prior move using this company and with these guys wasting time. Considering you are paying $180 an hour, wasting time is a big deal. Mason, the current owner, told me he was aware of prior experiences before he took over and assured me I would not have any issues. The short of it is, they took longer than any other mover I have used in the past and they damaged a piece of furniture. He was quick to come forth with admitting fault and said his insurance would replace the damaged furniture. What he hasn’t been quick with i…
