These people have the absolute worst service when I tell you they took $457 from me and I didn’t even get the right size Pod then they try to take additional money because I had them to come and pick up the wrong part then they tried to charge me an extra $214 to have the correct size Pod and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to refund my money as well as my bank says it’ll take a extra 24 to 48 hours for it to even show up in my bank account so basically that’s almost $700 oh I forgot the $67 to pick up so that’s almost $700 that it has cost me and I still don’t have a Pod in my yard…

The largest POD was not nearly large enough, we really should have had 2. We got the 16' container for a house with 2 bedrooms and an office. However, 2 would have been cost prohibitive for us. I sold my sofa and my kitchen table, but we still had too much "stuff" after 28 years in one place. The drivers were great, the container arrived at the new house just like it was packed, no damage, nothing moved at all. All in all,I will never do it again.

Every PODS driver I encountered from beginning of the process to the end was courtesy fast and most off professional. I loved my entire experience.

Delivery and pickup in my driveway were flawless. The operator was professional, courteous, and careful to avoid and/or protect in-ground sprinkler heads. Should the need arise, I will use them again.
