  Customer service was great. I was late picking up my U-Haul so my reservation was canceled. It was my fault and they still did everything they could to make sure I still got something that day 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!!

  Nice and clean, I just had a problem with the associate who didn't know how to speak, ignore hellos, look as if we're bothering him.

  Went to go pick a 10’ truck from the Mildred location and I couldn’t even find the place. It ended up being a barbershop with a tiny uhaul sign. The guy giving me the keys was slow and unprofessional, I don’t know if it was because of our age but he took his sweet time. He did not stop cutting people’s hair to help us. We showed up at proper time and he was unprepared completely. And he made us extremely late for our travels. While taking photos of my ID he said I have a Jesus complex because of my birthday. that was completely unprofessional, I don’t know what type of BS comment that was. He…
