  Where to start - this will be my first time moving out of state after 38 years of living here and let me tell you, I am terrified.   I had J as a pre-survey and she was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, due to having to change dates I couldn't go further than pre-survey but all the communication I had with company: J and Jillian (I believe) were very very nice. I felt bad that I couldn't finish the moving process with them due to change of date needed on my end.

  I had a great phone call with J. She was honest and gave great advice. Call her! They are so busy that can’t pick up my stuff until July. That tells you how good they are.
