NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Our movers ALLIED ALASKA stole our items!!!! We just got them delivered finally three months later in Hawaii and not only did they purposely mis-label boxes and item numbers, they took the serial numbers off of our high value items and stole them. This needs to be investigated immediately, I can point out the exact to guilty employees and will be taking this as far as necessary for an immediate resolution. Do not give their company another dime! The stole a custom built PC, over $2,500 and an XBOX X. Will be escalating this IMMEDIATELY

I'm giving a negative 5 for predatory practices. These guys started with a terrible estimate which ended up being a third of the weight and costing us 3x the original estimate. So never trust the estimate they give you. Then we get our stuff and the amount of wrapping was insane. They even wrapped the plastic totes in paper. The wrapped some plastic milk crates in about 1-2 lbs of paper. In reality materials should only make up 10% of the weight but in reality I'm gonna estimate 30% of the weight was materials. I am rating this company at a negative 5. I have moved many times I am a 20 year veteran of the Armed Forces and this is the first time I have had issues that were not resolved. We purchased the extra insurance for our recent move from Tennessee to Alaska. All was fine until we filed a claim for some of our household goods ending up missing. So we only had 30 days to complete the claim, and we did. Then they take over 60 days to review and return the comment of "we can not find your items, so we are not sure your items are lost". This company is amazing! We pcsed back in March 2018 and used this company, I was already so stressed about this move but the movers really eased my mind. The guys who packed up our stuff were so nice and careful, they wrapped everything and made a high value item list with a description of every item as well as the serial number. Great company 10/10 recommend!
