  This company doesn't care at all about you. I mailed a package to the AML office in Seattle to forward to Juneau. They lost it and now point the finger at everyone but themselves. Luis Silva is in charge of these claims and has been totally spinless. Why are you screwing your customers Lewis?

  First time shipping anything from the lower 48 to Alaska and they baby stepped me through the process. They over quoted me and under charged, were very quick to respond and my truck arrived early. They've earned their 5 star review!

  Gave a receipt for $106 dollars but charged onto the card $160. When called to ask for them to correct it they refused. Would not recommend AML unless you enjoy inaccurate charges.

  At various different times I've shipped cars, and an elliptical, from Seattle to Juneau with AML and I've always had a positive experience -- they make the process easy. Also, I appreciate the option of delivery to the door of my house.

  No matter how hard you try to screw up a shipment they will figure ot out and help you!
