  When my furniture arrived my original moving company destroyed my furniture. When Reliable picked it up and brought it to my home. They took pictures and tried to fix what they could. Gently moved in what had not been broken. The loss was so extreme and all my family heirlooms were destroyed. Reliable was so kind they went after the moving company for me and we were able to recover a substantial amount back to replace things that could.   They sent 5 guys, one of which was just the driver. Of the 4 guys left, I watched as only 2 really did any work. I watched the other 2 literally carry a single 8x8 throw pillow and other single small items in. They damaged a $700 TV that is irreparable. They put a “floor” cabinet on the top shelf of the closet in one of the bedrooms. They stacked a large tote on top of a small box and repeated that process multiple times.   Our business used Reliable Transfer a few months ago to move from the Airport Mini Mall into the Nugget Mall, while also picking up multiple large shelving units and eight of our big, heavy glass display cases from the old St. Vincent's. Not a single thing was damaged or broken. They did send just two guys to get the work done, but they had the tools and experience necessary to get the job done beautifully and professionally. Would absolutely hire them again.

  They can delete my comment all they want, just goes to show you that they can't handle the truth and truly how pathetic this business is. Reliable Transfer HA! They should probably rename to Unreliable Transfer! This has been the worst service we have ever recieved from anything. Nothing but liars. After six weeks of not receiving our things they are having the receptionist screen calls. The owner and manager refuse to talk to us. We were never told we went over the budget and now the are saying we owe them 1400. I'll be damned if they get a dime of my hard earned money. I am out 1500 becaus…

  Awful...lies by the rep. ...so much broken ..scratched and crushed. Went to file a claim and was jacked around by the office staff and owner...total avoidance on their part. They are far from reliable...very upsetting...so much damage to what was new furniture until they got their hands on it!...
