  We had a great experience with this U-Haul Location. Our truck was ready to go when I arrived; check-in was quick and efficient. The owner was kind and helpful explaining the process. The employee who helped me when I dropped off the truck was just as kind and helpful. Great experience with no surprise charges or issues.

  Rented a box van from here many years ago. There was a very small amount of dirt in the van afterwards and they tried to charge me an expensive cleaning fee. I asked if I could just use their broom and sweep the small amount of dust, but they refused. I asked to use their hose to spray it out (which would have taken 10 seconds) they refused and were quite rude about it. When I told them it seemed like they were up to some shenanigans. They kicked me out for being rude which was very convenient for them. I refused to close the sale and went to the Tyler Rental place about a block away. The…

  Great! i regularly rent vehicles from this place to move things around town and they're always great. i don't have a storage unit here, but they do ride them.And they seem very clean and security seems very tight.It's all within one building.

  Great experience here with great customer service by Leah. She was incredibly helpful in finding a unit for my PCS move that would allow for the movers a quick and easy load-in.

  First time in 11-10-2025, and I'm very impressed by the quality of all vehicle rentals, very clean very nice, and very affordable, just make sure you have a card, no cash.
