  So glad this service is here. Many businesses a person orders from in the lower 48 will not ship to Alaska. Carlile has a Depot in Tacoma WA. When your package arrives in Tacoma, you are notified. You simply sign in to your account and pay their freight charge and your package is on its way to Alaska. It is much cheaper than any other shipping method besides Amazon Prime Free Shipping. And, not everything from Amazon ships to Alaska either. When your package arrives in Alaska, Carlile notifies you and you simply go pick it up at one of their terminals.
