  Absolutely terrible customer service. Scheduled a trailer hitch install for October 11th on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. Arrived on the 11th only to find out that the parts hadn't come in yet (parts were ordered on Sept. 28th). No phone call, had to drive two hours and find that out at my scheduled appointment. After going back and forth with store staff and the manager, they magically managed to find parts at a nearby branch that they were able to have delivered to their store. Great, reschedule the install appointment for October 21st. I drop my car off at 11 a.m. on the 21st, only to receiv…

  We had 6 u boxes sent down to Louisiana from Kenai, we were very hesitant and nervous about our belongings and the process. We delt with Michael who was very informative and helpful along the way. He assured us about the safety of our belongings and thoroughly, explained the process to us. We highly recommend the kenai u-haul and will be using U-haul in the future.

  Employees were amazing helping me while I'm having a rough time in life. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. I appreciate them working as hard as they did to make me feel comfortable and have such an easy experience ordering.

  Absolutely SUPERB customer service and expertise. John's Kenai team is terrific: professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and most importantly, they genuinely strive to always go above and beyond. I was exceptionally impressed! Based on my extensive interactions with the team during this past week (all four crew members), I will be a long-term customer for many years to come. Thank you so very much for everything.
