  There was some miscommunication across staff about the scheduled appointment after they called and requested that I come in 2-3 hours earlier. The installation ended up being quicker than expected but is slightly off center and the alignment isn't perfect. Okay for my needs but I probably wont use them again.

  Ive been having to refill my propane in my rv a few times a week. They take such good care of me!!!! 100 stars. i also have my storage there! They are the best!!!!!!

  The Staff members were amazing. I did a mobile check in and return. When I pulled in the staff member offered to check me in faster. It was so easy to do! I am very pleased with my interaction with U-Haul.

During a very difficult period involving employment discrimination I experienced and family harassment issues my husband and I were dealing with, David Jr’s U-Haul coworkers Kyle Novak, Hank, and Gerald showed incredible loyalty and support. Gerald even confirmed that Pine Street Cannabis hired 9 new employees right after claiming they had a ‘hiring freeze’ - helping document my systematic employment discrimination case.   A female employee lied to my wife and told her the van we were renting was 4x4. We asked for a 4x4 because of Alaska’s obvious weather conditions. It was a 2 wheel drive and a terrible on at that. It would get caught in the snow in our driveway where even my Honda Civic never gets stuck. It had a problem with the lights that required me to drive with the brights on at all times-a traffic violation. We had to have this sorry vehicle towed out of or driveway. It took 6 1/2 gallons of fuel to drive it 25 miles. I make me suspicious if they are running some sort of fuel skimming scheme. Our loa…
