  We had a super good experience with Matt, Caden and Shay as our movers. They were on time, very personable and worked their bums off! All day!! We enjoyed them and felt comfortable with our items. They kept us in the loop on what was going what, time frames etc. nothing broken or damaged. I would highly recommend this company for your move! Request Matthew! He is a great leader for his team.   AZ Move Masters were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, diligent, and highly communicative throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how they used transcripts to clearly outline expectations so everything stayed perfectly on track. That is a surprise, never had any company protect us like that! They even brought door and floor protectors, which showed how serious they are about keeping both your home and your belongings safe.   Do NOT use this company. My experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing, and the lack of customer service afterward has been even worse. After raising major concerns—including incorrect billing—they told me they would follow up. They never did. Over the past month I have tried to contact them more than 20 times through every phone number listed on their website/Google as well as by email. I have received no response whatsoever.   AZ Move Masters went ABOVE AND BEYOND from start to finish. The team was very professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth. They worked efficiently and even helped with a few extra things that weren’t originally part of the move. I highly recommend AZ Move Masters. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future
