This place completely stands out for their customer service. Timothy, the manager, continuously went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and to make sure our 3,700 mile cross country move was stress-free. The massive facility itself is brand new and spotless, with everything you could need relating to storage or moving. This location was slightly out of the way for me but I chose it due recommendations from multiple peers—and I am glad I did. I wanted to take a moment to thank Timothy, the General Manager, for the incredible help he gave us during our move. Our original plan was to have our belongings delivered to Arizona, but our situation changed and we ended up needing everything moved to California instead. Timothy stepped in right away and helped us figure everything out. Changing the destination during a move can be stressful, but he made the process much easier than we expected. Brooke S was amazing. Did all the things and made us feel like we we important u-haulers. I say she deserves a raise or promotion. Something inline with her superior customer service skill-set. She was helping customers left and right and never missed a meat.

Love this brand new facility in Surprise. They sell boxes, tape, peanut packs, and all the moving supplies for dishes. They also have RV storage with lots of spots to pick from as they are a new location. The address brings you down the street at the bus stop but the facility is just south of W Cactus Rd on Litchfield. The manager John is super friendly and has lots of knowledge of the services offered. From installing hitches to having a U-Box delivered at my front door, I give it a 5 star review.
