I’ve seen my fair share of movers, and these folks showed up ready to work. No standing around, no complaining, no dragging their boots. The moment they got to my storage unit, they got after it and didn’t let up till the whole job was done. Everything was handled with care, like it mattered.   Gus had his team move us locally. Gus came out and gave us a bid which was very reasonable. Before his team arrived several of our friends helped us move boxes and small furniture items. Gus was very honest in adjusting the price when his team arrived and there wasn’t as much to move as expected. Not all movers would adjust that price. The team was respectful of our home and our belongings. Some minor scratches and dings.

  I used Swift and Gentle Moving and storage for a local 3-bedroom house move on 2/27/2026. From the start, Jose, Cosme, and Chino (movers) were friendly, punctual and professional. They took extra care wrapping my furniture and managed the entire move at our new place without any issues. The final price was exactly as quoted with no hidden fees. This team made it seamless.   We had a very heavy (500+ lbs) outdoor water fountain that needed to be moved from the point of delivery to a location in our backyard. While the distance was only about 100 feet the amount of weight required a high degree of skill and experience to safely move the fountain without damaging our existing landscaping or the fountain itself. I called and spoke with Queyanah and scheduled for the following day.   We had a great moving experience. Everyone from the company was very friendly and helpful. They packed and unpacked very carefully. Everything arrived in good condition with no breakage. We have moved many times and this was one of the most stress free moves for us. We would highly recommend Swift and Gentle Moving and Storage.
