  We are very happy we called Koller moving and Storage. From the beginning, they have been very accommodating. We struggled to get in touch with them by phone. Fortunately we’re able to message with them via Facebook. We scheduled a move and then rescheduled at our request because of rain. Justin and Robert worked very efficiently to load up our household goods for an across town move to a storage unit. They did an amazing job of getting all of our items into the 20 x 10 storage unit and we were only charged for the services we needed. We will definitely be calling them back when it’s time to…

  Koller did a great job for us. They came out and gave us an accurate price quote. Arrived on time to get us loaded and halfway across the country. They were a tad late arriving for delivery, but we had to account for travel allowance time and the fact that they had to go through Atlanta to get here. Once they arrive it was smooth and easy for delivery. Nice crew and very careful with all our belongings. We would definitely use them again if we were in their area again.

  I used them 4/23/21 for a in state move , they were terrific, first I had to cancel for a issue out of state, then I emailed them back and told them I was no longer going and could she put me back on the schedule and she did. The two guys were on time , stayed in communication with me , the worked fast , and very hard , disassembled and Reassemble when I got to my new place and I told her a certain price I didn’t want to go over not only did they not go over, but far below, I can’t thank them enough , I would recommend them to anybody and if I move again will use them again .

  They moved us in June of this year. We paid for 100% coverage because accidents happen. We have YET to have our insurance paid out after submitting pictures as well as receipts for damaged/broken items. They are great movers but have zero interest in follow up. We have called and emailed for updates repeatedly with no resolution.
