  Friendly and helpful folks. Everyone made an effort to speed things along, since there was a line, yet without making customers feel that they were being rushed. The trailer was clean and the aluminum ramp was lightweight and a breeze to handle (I"m a sixty two year old woman) but easily sturdy enough to drive the lawn tractor up and down.

  Uhaul Rental on Towson Ave is awesome! We utilized this location this weekend for a day and it was so easy for pick up and drop off the next morning! The lady at the front who assisted with both pick up and drop off was super helpful and friendly! We definitely would recommend this location to anyone in the Fort Smith area!!

  The desk person was great. They were super helpful with the checkout process when I had to modify the date and time to rollover to the next morning. They also helped with local hotel recommendations. Great Team!

  I’ve utilized the Towson UHAUL location for 30 years and I’ve never had a problem. The equipment has always been clean and well serviced. Great place!

  The absolute best uhaul in this town. They don't get enough credit for the work, customer service and heart felt hard work that goes into this establishment. Especially Rose, kind caring and most knowledgeable person in her profession I've ever met. Don't go anywhere else!
