  Just wanted to give a shout out to UPack for how great our son’s move went as he moved from Minnesota to California this month! It was half as expensive as other similar moving cubes and very reliable. The delivery driver went the extra mile to make the drop off work despite not being able to fit into our son’s apartment parking lot! I would recommend to everyone seeking reasonable moving experiences and expenses!!

  I used U Pack to move my things from Washington state to Arkansas. The price never wavered, the drop off was when they said it would there and pick up was on time. I used 7feet in a trailer and the fee was based on that amount. It was not cheap but nothing is anymore. If I moved again long distance, I would use this company again.

  For the people who were complaining about damage to items because of how it was packed, this company does not pack the items, they only allow you to pack (or hire someone to pack) and secure them, provide a partition wall for you to secure it with, and drive it across the country. It is up to you to make sure that you safely pack, pad, and secure your items to make sure they do not get damaged. There are specific instructions within the truck to tell you how to safely secure your items, use the ramp, etc.. That would explain why there were no movers at the other end for the one reviewer.   I've used U-Pack Relocubes twice for long distance moves. U-Pack customer service is great - you can always reach someone on the phone and they follow up with email and texts. My Relocubes were always delivered exactly when promised and the drivers were professional. Pickup was prompt, transport faster than promised, and delivery equally as prompt. Remember you pack your Relocubes - they're going to get moved around and moved on a truck. Ensuring adequate padding and properly loading the Relocube will help protect your belongings.

  I moved from Colorado to Wisconsin and ABF U-Pack saved me a ton of money (compared to U-Haul and PODS) and provided excellent service. The instant online quote was awesome! The fact that they delivered what they promised was amazing! It was great that my actual charge was less than the quote because they only charge for the space used! They provided this amazing moving guide with helpful tips to avoid issues and I'm happy to report that nothing was damaged in transit.
