I had a great experience with Mini Mall Storage, especially working with Nikki. She made the entire process very easy and stress-free from start to finish. She showed me multiple units so I could decide which one I liked best and took the time to answer all of my questions. Nikki was very nice, easygoing, and extremely helpful throughout everything. She even called me ahead of time when she wasn’t going to be in the office so I wouldn’t waste my time driving there. That level of communication really meant a lot. On top of that, she hand-cleaned my unit herself to make sure it was ready for me…

Nikki was excellent at guiding me through the process of setting up an account to lease a storage unit. She was patient with me. I appreciate her kindness and patience working with me. I’ve only been with mini mall storage unit for a couple months, but absolutely love Mrs .nikki The other lady(I forgot her name)but funny and sweet. They have humor. They have helped me out with anything and everything in my situation
