I moved my stuff in and noticed my unit was missing the red plate to secure it. I called and informed them of this and was told they would put one on there. A couple more calls and no updates, 3 weeks later I get a call and an email threatening to CUT MY LOCK and charge me $60 because the plate wasn’t there. Mind you I let them know ahead of time what time I would be there, confirmed via phone that the unit was ready, and then I don’t have a plate and you guys blamed me for your failure. That unit has my entire life’s worth of belongings and you threaten to destroy my property. Someone finally…
