ID LIKE FOR GENERAL MANAGER OVER MARION ANDERSON ROAD IN HOT SPRINGS TO. CALL!!!!!! Chase will know who I am! Worst ever! Was told one price by a women very nice who started my storage unit, for : months I’d be charges 36 dollars for one free month well for one my storage shed is only 50 dollars payment no one could explain to me why I’m being charged 79.88 even went up to store no one knew what they were doing! And Chase the manager over Marion Anderson the worst! Laziness I was told 80 for one month. Now with no explanation then bc of 7 days late 20$ charge 10 days late $50 charge like what!…

I've had this unit for over 2 years. They are a great company and the facilities are well maintained and very secure. Never a single issue with the facility. Also, as a bonus, when you call in to ask questions, you get someone local to speak with. Great job!!

Great service. Brandy and Simon were very helpful. Definitely recommend mini mall storage off of Mtn Pine road.

This is a real review from a real customer for almost two years. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Every time I had problems all it took was a phone call to resolve the issue immediately. They were very friendly and professional, and the storage site was clean and secure. I would use Mini Mall Storage again if I needed to store anything.

So I’ve had some hiccups with my unit on mountain pine rd. Brandy, a great representative for Mini mall, talked me through some of the bumps, made sure I was paying the rate I was promised. She is always super respectful and honestly funny. She is the reason I stay with Mini mall, she makes it easy to call in and get things straightened out. 10/10 for Brandy
