I switched to Mini Mall from a different storage company in town because it was more affordable for me. It ended up being a better facility than the one I was using before. It was in a better area, and is under 24 hour camera surveillance. When I was moving out of my unit I forgot to replace my lock and someone went out that day and put on a temporary one and called me to let me know. The process to set up and cancel my service was easy and every time I called the person I spoke with was nice and patient.

I had an issue with my storage unit around October of last year. After getting the issue straightened out, I thought all was good. I haven't heard from the company other than to pay my bill. Then yesterday, out of the blue, I received a phone call and an email concerning the issue from last year...The conversation did not go very well. It even went so far as to me being accused of lying about the situation...despite me having photographs. I was extremely angry. Today I went into the main office and was greeted by Brandy. Awesome customer service and great price! Easy to rent online. I had an issue with the unit assigned as far as being able to back in a trailer and thanks to Barbara, she was quickly able to switch us to a more suitable unit in less than 5 minutes on the phone! Highly recommend!
