Please, please do not rent from this facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I was only three weeks three days late and they auction off all my stuff no warning. The representative said I would have had to be at least two months behind then I should’ve received a email about the auction date and time and given time to pay. I receive none of those things I was blindsided! My children photos, baby pictures, my military awards, my belongings, my children beds, my washer and dryer all our things are gone. It hurts so bad. I’m taking them to small claims court. The site Manager won’t speak to me! 🥲

Person at location was extremely friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and had all the features you'd expect from a mini-storage. While I have not rented from them long term my initial impression is very positive.

This place is an absolute MANSION. I found myself in a bit of a Harry situation when I unexpectedly needed to store some of my personal effects. But the facilities are so nice and the management was so accommodating. I could easily fit my samurai sword, bumper pool tables and gourmet sandwich toaster ovens there. 10/10 recommend

Can I just say how much I loved this storage unit! Me and my husband recently moved out since no need for the storage unit. I loved they had carts to haul things! Loved that it was central kept my things in great condition! Was super easy to get things set up! You can do it all by yourself online! Which came so in handy no having to wait on anyone. You have 24/7 access. Place was super clean and safe. 100% recommend this storage unit.
