  They took great care with all of my belongings and couldn't have been more professional. I thought the price was fair as well Our move got delayed at the very last minute and they were extremely helpful Henry scheduling. Communication was spot on. I'll definitely use them again although moving is horrible and I hope I don't have to.... They definitely beat the alternative

  I wish I could give zero stars. We spoke with Josh on the phone and scheduled Elite Movers to bring a truck and three workers to help us move across town. We took off work to meet the movers at 8am. No one ever showed up! We called repeatedly and left several voicemails. Days later and we STILL haven't heard anything back. Do NOT book with Elite Movers if you actually want to move on the day that you take off work to move! Really disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

  As the owner of The Organizer Chicks, I regularly help my clients downsize and let go of excess in their lives and from their homes. Elite Movers is my go-to moving/hauling company in Central Arkansas. They are always respectful, on time, and they are true professionals who take care with my client’s homes and belongings. I trust them enough to attach the good name of my company to them, and recommend them without hesitation.

  I am leaving 3 stars because the movers themselves were nice guys and worked very hard. However, one mover was unable to help towards the end of the job, and because of this, they were not able finish the entire job. I was charged incorrectly, and they ran two couches into the wall bringing them in, damaging the wall and dirtying the couches in the process. The guys were very apologetic and told me they sent photos to their boss and he would reach out the next business day to send someone over to clean them. Not only did he not reach out, I sent several emails and left voicemails, all of which…

  Jacob and his team were great! We didn’t have high hopes that we would be able to find movers the day after Christmas but Jacob made it happen! His crew was very polite, worked quickly, and got the job done! We had no complaints!
