  Cannot share enough praises about my experience! From the consultation over the phone, to getting my move booked, to the move itself, Pinnacle was exceptional! My movers Aaron & Anthony were fantastic. Super organized, professional, respectful, and went above and beyond. They were super considerate of loading specific items for pets last, followed directions exactly and were extremely prompt & efficient. They unloaded everything in the right places as specified on my boxes which made pacing so much easier. Would highly recommend!

  This moving company truly cares about the customer! We had our things moved and when I noticed there were some items that weren’t moved over to the new house, I called and Nick immediately made things right. He sent Aaron and London out the next day and they were absolutely wonderful. They took care to make sure the job was done right and were great company to be around. Thank you!

  I needed a moving company on short notice. I called Pinnacle Moving hoping they could fit me in. Nick went above and beyond to help me. He was able to do it on a Sunday so I don’t miss work. Wow, so appreciated! I thought I hope his workers have the same attitude. Anthony & DJ were FABULOUS!! They had some challenges with the furniture size and doors they had to go through. A ridiculous long walk back to the truck as the apartment was the farthest it could be. lol. It was also a high temperature of 14 degrees! They constantly had a great attitude and humor!   I’ve waited about six months to post this review because I’m moving company chose to not make anything right.. we used them for a brand new house build in Bentonville. They promised us they could do a pack up and move of a 4000 square-foot house in two days, which took them four days which is totally fine except for the fact that it tripled the price of every other quote that we received and the damage to our new house was in excess of $20,000.   Most helpful and professional moving company. The guys went above and beyond, being patient with what was needed and working efficiently but fast thru the day. Robby, Anthony and atlas specifically were the hard workers that hustled and made the move incredibly smooth. I highly recommend utilizing pinnacle if you want hard workers that bust out excellent service.
