Wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 will have to do. They broke both my dresser and TV console and then told me it was due to the weight and the fact that the furniture was made of particle board. Fair enough, but the movers didn’t even bother to say, “Hey, sorry, this was damaged.” Instead, they took the tip I gave them and went on their way. When I reached out to the owner, I was completely ghosted. It took two phone calls, two emails, and two weeks before I received a response.
