  Called in today to book a last minute service and Doug was very kind, explained everything in detail, and gave clear expectations. They moved me into my apartment in 2018 so it seems cathartic that with my transition to my new condo that they are also helping me move out.

  I used this company to move from a 1bedroom upstairs apartment to the same in the city of Tustin. I don't have any fine china or expensive furniture so I figured my property would be handled with care. I was asked to purchase a box to move my 65" Samsung flat screen TV which I did, however, the two men chose not to use it and just wrapped it in moving blankets. As a result I now have a TV that has a vertical line on the right side (about the last 12" of the TV) I don't have the pictures anymore, but I wish I did. The last 12" are black! So I let them know and filed a claim. I paid my repairman…
