  Jerman was awesome! He came to pick up our POD and did such a quick yet efficient job! Then he explained some things to us about how to access our POD once it’s in the storage yard waiting for the long haul if we needed to, answered any questions we had, and made us feel great about trusting PODS with this new journey of ours! Thank you Jerman!

  Jerman was on time...communicated with us which was very much appreciated. He explained every step when he picked up our POD detailing tips for when it arrives at it's destination. Excellent Service.

  More personal touch than I expected given the online scheduling and payment - Jerman and Russ were very communicative with me during the POD delivery process. My parents are elderly and I was facilitating the delivery for them. Jerman gave the courtesy call of expected delivery time, I called him back and he stopped to return my call and explain everything, and double checked that the gate entry pass was called in. He followed up with me after the delivery as well, and updated me on ensuring to schedule the pickup to avoid additional fees. Great service!

  The Pod delivery and pickup went smoothly without any issues. Jerman did a great job placing them while still allowing us enough space to park our vehicles. My husband and I have moved numerous times with moving companies and this was our first time using Pods. We did not have a single broken item in our two pods. The only issue we had was our sofa was too tall to stand on end, so we ended up putting that in our trailer that we towed with us.   I recently had a PODS container picked up, and I have to say the experience was outstanding—especially thanks to our driver, Jerman. From the moment he arrived, Jerman was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He took the time to introduce himself, explain the pickup process, and make sure everything was positioned correctly before loading the container. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was his precision and skill.
