  Andrew and his coworker were very efficient and professional. They assessed what needed to be loaded and proceeded with an excellent plan that utilized the space in the rental truck well. I highly recommend this team for anyone needing moving help!!

  I had a great experience with this company. Andrew and his helper (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) did a wonderful job loading my uhaul. They were fast and efficient. I am very grateful!

  I enlisted the services of Rush Express twice. Once to help me move into Bakersfield (August 2018 with Ron & Cheeto) and once to help me move out (August 2019 with David and John). On each occasion they were on time an worked hard. They were responsive to my direction and cooperated well to accomplish my goals for the day. They were careful, polite, and respectful. Also, on each occasion I underestimated the time required however they were flexible and accommodating, remaining on the job until it was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

  3 BdRM move. Two young guys (Andrew from Missouri) attempted to pack our 26’ uhaul and seemed nice and professional at first- except one was covered in dog hair and smelled like a sweat shop - not the essence I want on my belongings. The other (Andrew) was on the phone throughout the 2 hours I initially reserved and when I inspected after 1 hour they had only 1/4 of the truck packed and retorted “we don’t rush”. Their company is named RUSH ! The broke 2 bins by stacking them incorrectly (heavy on top of light - smh) and left the dolly deep in the truck after they scratch my brand new LG refr…

  Scheduled to load uhaul for one way move. Confirmed the night before. Did not show up: no phone call. Took numerous texts and phone calls and finally received a call hour and half later. Apologized and said they would be right out. Waited another 30 minutes and they never showed or called again. This was a one way move so it affected our schedule for the day. Caused us to pay an extra day for the uhaul trailer and to scramble to get help. We are seniors with health issues and it was 104 degrees before we finally gave up on them and started loading small stuff ourselves.
