  In April of 2025, I met a gentlemen his name was Mike Powell, He came out to my storage and met me in the morning, I told him I had 3 storage's, a large, a middle, and a small. He took a look at the large storage and my small storage, but not my middle storage, he didn't look at it, it was average boxes etc. but I did give me the chance to look at it. He didn't for reason I don't know, But this would come back and haunt me later. But Mike was great, later the crew showed up and went to work, they kick ass. I ended up filling up a 26' truck.   Movers did a terrible job and packed poorly. I was told I had the best crew in the company and that is sad if true. The biggest issues are the following below. I expected to be compensated fairly as I would expect to have expensive things in as good of condition as it was prior to move. The GM Anthony never asked me what items they should be more careful with, however they were careful with nothing and I have proof of how bad this job was done in many photos, more than what I have attached. I have other issues besides what is listed below but I expected at the very least Id get the below list…

  This company assisted me in making a move from Central CA to Liverpool, NY. On the local level, I have never had such a horrible experience. This company is a local Wheaton representative. From the owner down, the unprofessionalism is like I’ve never experienced. I paid over $25,000.00 to have Wheaton move me. When I got to NY and went to my storage unit, I not only discovered my expensive Scandinavian furniture had been pushed up against the back of the second drive through door so tightly the door is jammed and will not open.   I’m still thinking to plan moving a new house I see a different views which some them see it good company and some them see bad company for moving I’m still confused to chose this company moving my belongings What you guys about this company Is it good for that Thank you 🙏🙏

  A fantastic crew, Joe, David, Anthony, Jesus, Rob! Worked as an experienced team and was such a pleasure to have their service. Great Job everyone for loading in a timely manner, taking special care of my belongings, and giving me and your team members respect. Highly recommend this company for any moving needs. Let me also commend Mike Powell who assisted me with every detail through our move. I appreciate his honesty, sincerity, and accuracy. Mike was willing to adjust and accommodate every request I had to ask. Well done all!!
