  PODS made my entire storage and moving experience incredibly easy from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional clear communication, helpful answers, and zero stress throughout the process. Pickup and delivery were smooth and right on time, and the workers were professional, friendly, and respectful of my belongings. Everything felt well-organized and handled with care. I highly recommend PODS whether you need short-term or long-term storage. They truly made the whole process simple and seamless.

  Thank you PODS for resolving this issue. I’m highly disappointed with the lack of flexibility in PODS' pricing and customer service. After booking a unit- I found a new quote online that was over $120 cheaper. When I contacted them multiple times to resolve the price difference or assist with a cancellation, I received no helpful support. Consequently, I am having to cancel my current POD and rebook a new one to secure the lower rate and save my family hundreds of dollars. They should really honor their lower rates without making customers jump through these hoops. not only rebook, but also h…

  First time using PODS service and all I can say that their customer service is amazing. From booking the POD to delivery of my POD. The driver by the name of Richard Campdell made sure to call to let us know he was arriving and was very professional. Will be using this service again.
