I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. My move originated in Beverly Hills and required long-term storage for 16 months, which can be stressful with most moving companies but they handled everything flawlessly. At one point, I realized I had left behind extremely important documents, including my passport. Despite it being after hours and on a holiday, the supervisor went above and beyond and allowed me access to my storage so I could retrieve what I needed to catch an international flight. These guys were great. We have expensive stuff, so it arriving without damage was of the utmost importance. We explained all this to Rich when we were getting our quote. We opted for the 1-3 day move from SF to Oceanside, in California. Meaning, pack one day, drive one day, deliver the third day. They also made a custom wood crate for a marble buffet top that we have, and it was just our items in the truck. With all this the quote was still one of the least expensive that we got. SCAM ARTISTS. The first red flag was the day of the move our sales guy Fabian promised to be present the day of our move to personally pack an antique furniture piece. The morning of the move he claimed he had a flat tire...what a coincidence. The second red flag was the driver/mover named Marcos, who was responsible for tagging our stuff for inventory, was on his cell most of the time.
