STAY AWAY FROM THESE MOVERS. I am updating the review because after the initial post they called me offering to refund me some money to take down the review… which means that there are possible bad reviews that have been taken down… very disappointing. We used Splendid for our first move and had an amazing experience, the mistake we made was using them again for our second move. The movers called us 30 min before they were supposed to arrive letting us know that their truck broke and were not sure when they would be able to come. I was recently planning a move from Orange County to the Inland Empire and decided to go with Splendid Moving because they gave me the best quote. I was a bit nervous at first as sometimes a low price means low quality. But I was very pleasantly surprised! The company sent me two guys who were great. They were incredibly efficient throughout the day but still treated my belongings with care. I even asked if we could move a couple items to the storage unit that I was renting that was on the way, and they happily obliged. Splendid Moving was great! I had the great honor of having Ramzan, Khabib, and Ilimbek to help me and my wife with our move. My impression of the company and the team I worked with from the very beginning was good because 1) the scheduling assistant over the phone was polite, friendly, and knowledge and helped me schedule my appointment, and 2) On the day of the move Ramzan and Co. arrived promptly at the scheduled arrival time. My experience with Splendid Moving was great. I hired them for a long distance move. They were timely and efficient. They handled fragile items with care. Most of my stuff was unloaded as storage and I was very pleased with their organizational skills of how everything was stacked. They were also accommodating and flexible with my move schedule. I would hire them again.

**EDIT**: I have changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star. One of the owners of the company personally reached out to me in order to offer a more sincere apology than the person who conversed with me previously. He offered an additional $100 in recompense and in recognition of that, I have changed my initial rating. I used Splendid Moving to move from Los Angeles to Sacramento. I explicitly asked them to show up at 8 AM, even offered additional cash to ensure that happened; I was assured this would be the case.
