  I had an excellent experience with Gentle Giant during my cross-country move from the West Coast to the East Coast. The move itself was a bit more complex than usual, with two stops on both ends, but both crews handled everything professionally and with great care. The teams on both coasts worked incredibly hard, were careful with my belongings, and stayed organized throughout the process.   Gentle Giant is the best! Their move coordinators are informed, responsive, and easy to work with. Their crews are polite, thoughtful, skilled, efficient, and incredibly fast! Just used them for a big move-out and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Giant thumbs-up to Gentle Giant!

  Excellent communication before and during the move. Eduardo, Xavier, Cesar, Jacob and Froylan were all very pleasant, quick and professional on the day. Finished earlier than planned and for lower cost than estimated, even with making an extra stop. Only a few small bits of damage, and company was in touch the day after about refunding any costs due to the damage. Would use them again and recommend them highly.

  This is the second move (in ten years) that we've chosen Gentle Giant and couldn't be happier. Move coordinators, Dominique and Matthew, were easy to work with to make the arrangements and were instrumental in helping us change moving dates. The crew leaders, Matthew Gibb and Rayshawn Ward, did an excellent job ensuring that all of our furniture and belongings were loaded efficiently and arrived safely.   It was such a pleasure working with Gentle Giant Moving Company on a big outdoor festival in San Francisco. They were professional, hospitable and hard working to ensure that the event went smoothly from the moment they picked up equipment to setting it up day of and finally to breaking it all down. There were a lot of moving parts and details to this event and they partnered with me and my event planning team, BB Events, with enthusiasm, great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend them as your moving company partner for any event!
