Had a great experience with Northstar moving! I moved from California to Texas for just above $3K (including packing services). Lorena Alejos was incredibly helpful from the initial video quote to answering questions online regarding pricing, what to expect, and scheduling truck departure and arrival. I had to schedule the moving / pickup for 3 weeks in advance to ensure it made a tight arrival window but sure enough, the truck came on the first day (@8-10 am) of the range of days Northstar provided. Isael and his team did a great job moving us from San Francisco to Novato! Isael and his entire team were very professional, thoughtful, and paid close attention to details. I kept changing my mind about where to put furniture and they were very patient and accommodating. We had some very fragile furniture, and they handled it very well!

Northstar staff gave a reasonable estimate and provided pick up when I needed it, quick turnaround time. My movers were courteous, carefully packed, disassembled and re-assembled furniture, and were careful of flooring. No new scratches, all arrived safe!

NorthStar made our move seamless and stress-free — we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the initial inquiry through the end of move day, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the packing and moving team brought an incredible level of energy, focus, and care over the two days. We felt completely taken care of every step of the way. I cannot recommend NorthStar highly enough.
