  DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE! We paid for our unit up front for 6 months and when we got our next bill it DOUBLED in price. The management doesn't care, they say "its supply and demand". We waived our insurance on they unit (we told them we wanted to do this upfront) but we needed to sign a waiver. We did, they charged us for the 6 months ($60) and were told we would get a refund. We never did. They are offering us a $60 credit if we continue to pay for the unit. They said their system is INCAPABLE OF ISSUING A REFUND.   Anne is just wonderful, and this Extra Space Storage location is fantastic. Setup was a breeze, move-in was simple, and I feel safe with the location. If you're searching for a good storage place, do yourself a favor and just come here!

  I can't speak to the long term experience but had an incredible experience setting it up with Anne (or Ann.) she took so much weight and stress off my shoulders since I'm moving and incredibly stressed. She was very patient today when I couldn't find my unit and was flexible with me. I appreciate her help! The unit seemed clean and nice so far.
