Martin and Josh were a-MAZING! They communicated well the morning of the pick-up, making sure they knew the sizes and number of furniture pieces I had. They showed up with brand new blankets and a spotless truck (inside and out). They were completely knowledgeable about the packing process and explained the how and why to me. There are a lot of forms to sign at the end, all necessary and well explained, but go inside if it's cold! 🥶 I received an email of the inventory within minutes and a notification from the next set of movers by early afternoon. PHENOMENAL experience with Mike & Brandon. I was blown away by how hard Mike worked to ensure everything I needed to ship was carefully arranged and packed! He advised as things progressed so I could swap a few things out and make it work. We got sooooo much into this small crate. Mike completed this in record time, while Brandon steadily kept up with the tracking and paperwork.
