  To make a very long story short we had a terrible move with them. They never called to let us know they were on the way. Then they showed up late, and only to let us know that one of movers had car trouble and one guy left in the truck to go get him while the other stayed and wrapped stuff. We where supposedly not charged for that time. Second they broke our bed frame, coffee table, scrated our new floor, scratched our fridge. The movers also took way longer than they should, they asked a lot of questions that we're way too personal about mine and my husband's professional lives. They stole…

  We had a fantastic moving experience with Black Tie Moving. They were efficient, careful, professional, and were excellent at packing and wrapping our furniture and household items. They took extra time and effort on delicate and breakable items. When we arrived at our new location, they were equally professional at unloading, unwrapping, and reassembling particularly the bedroom furniture. The staff as very personable and proficient.   Absolutely phenomenal moving experience. The movers were so kind, so professional, courteous, and efficient in making sure we got everything moved from one location to another. They frequently checked in with us to see what needed to go or stay, and were overall incredibly pleasant to work with. Big shout out to Andrew of the Denver office who helped keep things moving, who took care of not only our stuff, but also his crew. Black Tie Moving is highly recommended if you need movers, thank you so much for making something that is normally such a stressful event smooth and easy!

  I’d like to start out by saying I never write reviews but this company deserves one! I had originally booked my move with All Our Sons (AVOID THEM). I had been booked for an entire month but two days before my move, they call to inform me they need to charge me another $260 because I was moving from a third floor apartment. My wife and I called Black Tie and they got us booked on TWO DAYS NOTICE. Not only were they able to get us in, but they were much more straight forward and were even more reasonably priced!!   Overall, the crew from Black Tie Moving was wonderful from beginning to end. They have been wonderful to work with. The crew was timely, efficient, and honestly fun to move with all day. We had a small think break (a very heavy green egg which is known to be tough to move) and there was no hesitation on their part to make it right. Their customer service has been top-notch. I would highly recommend them to others with confidence.
