  5 stars for the manager! He's always been wonderful, including when my bill was doubled twice or my lock stopped working... Always a pleasure. 2 stars for the for the GIANT raises in rental fees. And by giant I mean literally doubling from the previous price, and they did it to me twice. But the facility is clean, and well taken care of so I settled on 4 stars.

  Arnold was above and beyond! Very attentive and professional and helped us find just the right space for our needs. Was there to throughly answer all the questions and leaving us with a business card for potential further questions! In a day when amazing customer service is harder and harder to find this guy deserves a RAISE! Plus his overall energy was very calm and amazing!! Big big thanks for Arnold!!!!
