  Real Moving pulled what felt like an enormous bunch of stuff from 3 locations and unloaded it all in one day into our new home. The sales-rep, Lucas was a great communicator, clear and reassuring, and understanding with our necessary and multiple date changes. The crew of 4 were careful (with only 1 minor mishap), fast, clean and very good natured through some furniture back-and-forth. We are so grateful and highly recommend this company.

  We at DM Construction hired Real Moving to assist us with a complete home renovation. The team showed exceptional care throughout the entire process — they protected all the furniture, electronics, and personal belongings, keeping everything safe and well-stored in their facility during the project. After the remodel was completed, they relocated every item with great organization and attention to detail. Outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication. We highly recommend Real Moving!   Lucas was a perfect gentleman from beginning to end. He was on time, respectful, accurate, responsive, flexible, detailed and stood by his commitments. His workers on both ends(Norwalk and Cincinnati, Ohio) could not have been more professional. They treated everyone and everything with the respect they deserved. At 71 years old and the first time I used a professional moving company, I was a skeptic to be honest! I read too many online comments about other movers. No worries here, we couldn't be happier.   If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Real Moving & Storage delivered the most professional, seamless moving experience we have ever had. From the very beginning, Lucas, the owner, was attentive, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He made what could have been a stressful process feel organized and manageable every step of the way.   I highly recommend Real Moving and Storage for your move! They are careful, considerate, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond too - we had asked them to move furniture from one place to another once they had brought everything into our new home. And they did it without any questions asked - and with a smile. They made what could have been a very stressful experience a positive one. Also, Lucas (owner) had excellent follow up skills and was very professional. Their prices are the most reasonable (we shopped around a lot!) and they are just all around great to work with.
