  I recently had a trailer hitch installed. This location will assign specific times for the service unlike other locations. I therefore traveled about 40 minutes and chose to wait for the installation. There are no accommodations to sit and wait despite it being a very large open showroom. I was directed to the McDonald's restaurant some 100 yards down a busy thoroughfare with no sidewalks. I trekked through wet grass to get there, and back. A few chairs would have made this a much better experience.

  The guy that took care of me was very respectful and nice. He was professional, even when other people were talking to him asking him questions, he would keep working and doing his part so I could take my rental truck. I like this place

  This is a giantic U-Haul facility. It's clean and neat. There is a clean bathroom here. A worker who was helping seemed a little irritated at the beginning. She was eating when we approached the desk. We did say that we weren't in a rush and asked to please finish eating, but she decided to take care of us first. Overall, it was a normal experience. Good location Hartford, Connecticut

  Although I was there on unsatisfactory personal terms, my unbiased opinion of the service I received was adequate, professional and helpful. I have nothing negative or unpleasant to report. I highly recommend their services. The space met my expectations, it is easily accessible and no security issues.. Thank you U-Haul.
