  Overall good experience with Siracusa. The movers were on time and handled the job quickly and efficiently in both ends (packing and unpacking). Ed the driver drove the truck across the country and managed the unloading in Colorado. He was very friendly and transparent and helpful in letting us know what to expect all along the way

  Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do and I am disabled. I was expecting it to be one of the most stressful irritating endless situations I would have to deal with and to my surprise it was just the opposite. Andre, the guy in charge plus this fantastic crew made the entire experience fun. Enjoyable. Very friendly. They're very professional. They know what they're doing and they make you feel that way. So it gave me the confidence that I could just really relax and let them work around me and everything would be all right and it was if I had to do this experience all over again…

  I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. To start with the positives: the individual movers themselves were kind, helpful, and gracious. I truly appreciated their professionalism on moving day. Unfortunately, beyond that, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, inconsistent, and often dismissive. I was told on my December 30 pickup day that my items would arrive between January 9–12 based on the delivery schedule.   Mike Randolph, the driver/owner of the rig handled our move tremendously. He kept us informed of throughout it. The packing/unpacking team on both ends were hard workers and efficient.   The guys were great. They moved quickly, but I was a little disappointed at a couple things a container that I had a lot of miscellaneous things in evidently was crushed and I couldn’t find it until I opened up one of my dresser drawers and I found four packages rolled up and taped and when I opened it up, all the contents fell out. Secondly, my bed wasn’t put together at the arrival point fully it was missing a main bolt on the corner, and one of the slats was not screwed down so my whole top of my mattress dipped down to the floor.
