  This is the best storage company in the area hands down. Best rates, nice units without a lot of red tape to move in & just nice folks. They’ll work to make you happy. Beware of those promo rates that others offer, they don’t last long. New Britain also offers a better locking system for their indoor.units.

  I was attended and respectful person. Didn’t give me attitude, always been focusing what I have to say and things went smooth. Nothing wrong to say. I really like this. Thought I would’ve have a hard time, but I didn’t. I actually liked that. People need to be more like them.

  The location was convenient and easily accessible, especially with having an outdoor unit. My belongings were kept in good condition, and I did not experience any mold or damage issues like other customers. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. On my move-out date, management repeatedly locked my unit, making it difficult to retrieve my remaining items. Even after multiple calls requesting access, the issue continued. Despite providing more than a month’s notice that I was moving out, I was still charged additional fees. My advice is to get everythin…

  We do not recommend at all! Very disappointed. Giving even one star is generous. Our climate controlled unit, so called, which we paid top dollar for was far from it. All our furniture had to be brought to the dump and we paid a pretty price for that. Covered in mold and even a dead mouse to boot!! Never store your furniture or anything here!!!! We were devastated!!!

  I had an excellent experience at Just Storage thanks to Victor. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Victor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my storage choice. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility with outstanding service, ask for Victor—you won’t be disappointed!
