  large women called the cops on us for parking there instead of kindly asking us to move and was screaming like a psycho in the parking lot at people for no reason. Extremely unprofessional and terrible for business… Will never get a uhaul here because of her. You definitely lost multiple customers because of that good job being angry at the world

  Make sure if you have the rent from them and you check every part of this vehicle. Including the inside roof and the top of the truck. They charged me $400 extra and never told me. When I called they said there was a hole in the roof and there’s a patch on top they don’t use. So they assumed it was us. we didn’t do anything to this truck so it had to be the people before us and they didn’t check it thoroughly enough. And because we went a long distance, they they checked on the truck thoroughly. It would’ve been one thing if we accidentally made a hole in the roof we would’ve gladly pay for it…

  Worst experience of my life! They took my reservation for me to pick up in town. The day I'm ready to move they want me to pick up truck 30 miles away! They wouldn't compromise at all! I ended up having to go elsewhere! I will NEVER use them again!

  We came to rent a 10 foot moving truck for 3 hours. We did not have a reservation, but they had plenty in stock, so there was no problem there. They were friendly. But the one star rating comes from the competency. The people at the desk were joking with other customers in line to the point of neglecting the ones standing in front of them for minutes at a time. It took us 20 minutes to make the reservation once we were actually at the register. When we went out to our truck, we realized that the keys didn't match the assigned truck on our paperwork, so we had to go back and spend another 20 mi…

  Went to the New Britain location for the first time to rent a 10' truck. When my boyfriend and I arrived at our reservation time, there were two young women working and trying to resolve a customer issue but were having trouble finding the customer's reservation. They were very disorganized and were taking a long time with no sense of urgency. When we were finally asked if we had a reservation in which we said yes, we were told that their computer system is having problems so they can't look up the reservation. They recommend we go on their website and self check in. We had no trouble trying…
