  Do not use these movers. I have moved multiple times over the last several years and have never had such a terrible experience. I had movers move and store my belongings and the items were not treated with care and thoughtfulness. Most shockingly no one at the company apologized for the damages until I mentioned the lack of concern was disheartening. Multiple items were broken (dishes, glasses, etc) and damaged (Metal plate on peloton entirely dented, clothing with deep wrinkles) and missing (very expensive ski rack somehow got lost in storage).   From start to finish a great experience, as always, with Hands On Moving. Easy booking with Arleen and flexibility when we had to change our date. The estimate with Xzavier was quick and accurate. On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time, ready to work, and in great moods. We all had a blast (see video). The truck was the right size, they had plenty of blankets, and they were so clever about how to load efficiently and safely. And quickly!   Xzavier and his crew did an amazing job of moving a baby grand jazz piano from our house in Hamden to our son's house in Milford. It had to be taken from our basement up & out thru a bilco door that had literally a 1/2" of clearance beyond the size of the piano. They were fantastic to work with and are definitely the #1 mover in my book!! Thanks again Hands on Moving!
